Non-electric slatmill treadmills that move at your dog's own pace — real cardio, right outside your door. Climate-controlled trailer, rain or shine, heat or snow. We pull up, harness up, and let them work — you don't have to find the time.
Ready to serve your dog's fitness, wellness, and longevity needs.
Every part of the session is designed so your dog is in control of their own workout — safely, and on a schedule that fits your life instead of the other way around.
Our treadmills aren't electric — the belt only moves because your dog is walking or running on it. Real cardio with no motor pulling them along, and no risk of them getting dragged. Built for dogs of every size.
The trailer is fully climate-controlled. Too hot for their pads on the pavement, pouring rain, freezing, even snowing — we're still showing up and they're still comfortable.
Every dog wears a proper harness and stays tethered to the treadmill for the entire session. No slipping off the back, no chasing anybody down the driveway.
Positive reinforcement the whole way through, plus favorite toys to chase and chew on. It reads as playtime to your dog — the exercise is just a side effect.
The slatmill isn't just for fitness — it's also great for rehab, giving a dog recovering from surgery or injury the controlled, low-impact movement they need. If your own schedule doesn't leave room for that kind of consistent care, we can help fill the gap. And if you're the one recovering — surgery, an injury, anything that leaves you unable to walk or run your dog yourself — we can step in and take that off your plate while you heal. We work with every dog and owner to our capabilities — always alongside your vet's guidance, not in place of it.
Pawformance NWA isn't obedience training or behavior correction. We're here purely for physical conditioning — cardio, strength, and stamina — using the treadmill as the tool.
A dog that gets real cardio is a dog with less pent-up energy — which often means less chewing on furniture, less digging, and less of the restlessness that comes from a bored, under-exercised dog.
For shy or anxious dogs, structured movement and a predictable routine can build confidence over time and take the edge off nervous energy.
Our goal is simple: better overall physical and mental health, and more years of it. A body that moves well tends to age better.
At the end of the day, we love a happy dog. Tired, satisfied, tail-wagging happy — that's what a good session looks like to us.
The trailer parks right outside your home at your scheduled time — no drop-off, no drive.
Your dog gets clipped into the treadmill's safety harness and tether before the belt ever moves.
Walk or run — the slatmill only moves because they're moving it. We read their comfort the whole time.
Every session wraps with a proper cool-down, water, and a reward for a job well done.
Sessions run 30 minutes of cardio per dog plus a cool-down. Multiple dogs are worked back-to-back in the same visit.
This first visit is how we get your dog familiar and comfortable with the treadmill, and get a baseline read on their pace, stamina, and comfort level.
Most dogs take about 3 to 4 sessions to get fully comfortable and confident on the treadmill. Some pick it up faster, some take a little longer — every dog goes at their own pace, and we never rush them.

These keep every dog on the treadmill safe — no exceptions.
We require proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination administered by a licensed veterinarian for every dog, before the first session.
We also require proof of an up-to-date Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination from a licensed veterinarian for every dog, before the first session.
We don't work with dogs under 1 year old — their growth plates are still developing, and treadmill work isn't safe for them yet.

Not necessarily — we can sometimes do a drop-in visit while you're out. That's arranged directly with us rather than through the online booking form, so just give us a call or text, or mention it in the notes when you book.
Totally normal. Most dogs take about 3 to 4 sessions to get fully comfortable and confident — some pick it up faster, some take a little longer. We never rush them; every dog goes at their own pace.
No — uploading is optional. You can upload them when you book, or just hand us printed copies when we arrive for the first session. Either way, we do need both the rabies and Bordetella vaccinations confirmed before every dog's first session.
No — we provide mobile canine fitness and conditioning, not obedience training, behavior correction, or veterinary care. If your dog needs training or medical attention, we're happy to point you toward it, but that's not what we do.
